General Conditions

 

• All One-Day Tours don´t have a estimated time. We give you time to take a quiet and leisurely tour.

• All our Tours and Transfer are private.

• Tours timetables and itineraries are flexible. The important thing is to provide a wonderful day and respond to the wishes of the customers.

• Monument Entrance fees are not included in the Tour Amount so that Client can decide whether they would like to visit some of the Monuments (Except Tours already referenced).

• It is planned time for the visit to the Monuments Interior

• In order not to damage the Tour program, we give you enough time to have a quiet visit to the Monuments Interiors.

• The management of the time of visit to the interiors of the Monuments, stop for photos and lunch time is made by the client, the driver will consider the program of the Tour and the interests manifested by the Clients.

• We have no contract with restaurants. We only recommend the restaurant where you can have lunch. Choice is of the clients.

• The Tour will be made in an SUV vehicle, with a maximum capacity of 4 passengers.

• Vehicle with the following free extras:

  • Bottled water

  • Chewing Gum / Candy

  • Mobile Phone Charger (Android / iPhone)

  • Wi-Fi

  • Children's Chair (From 3 years old)

• Tour payment must be made in cash, Credit Card, bank transfer or Paypal at the beginning or end of each trip.

• Languages: Portuguese, English and Spanish. 

• Cancelation Policy: The Client have to email ou text the company three days before the tour ou transfer, otherwise will be charged a fee of 100 euros for last minute cancelatios.
